On the Farm Today: January 18, 2021

1. I became a member of the Growing Kindness Project I encourage anyone and everyone to check this out and join. It’s a wonderful project to join and you don’t need to be a big time farmer or even have a big garden. So check into and feel the gift of giving!

2. All of our seeds are slowly coming in and my hand is slowly recovering.

3. Getting ready to start purging my basement in order to plant more seeds for more flowers!!!

4. I ordered 2,350 single cut sunflowers alone, in different varieties. 😁😳

5. I need a seed intervention.

6. We are expanding our rows of fresh cuts again!😂😂 I wonder why??

7. I usually do everything from seed. This year, I am going to try some lisianthus from plugs. Plugs are basically what your seeds turn into when ready to transplant into the field. Without a greenhouse, I want to be able to offer some more specific flowers. So, I’m gonna try this!!

8. We bought a tiller. Things will be a lot easier. We have rented the past few years.

9. Did I mention I bought a lot of seeds?

10. Very excited about events planned and our website coming!
So stay tuned!!!
